fish bleeding please help!

I have a black goldfish and he/she has been swimming upside down the past few days and today i found that its bleeding out of its stomach.  What could be the problem and how can I fix it.  PLease help!

  Swimming upside down is very, very bad and bleeding out of the stomach is worse. It sounds like your fish has a serious internal problem.  Sadly, I doubt if thee is anything you do
for it. Sorry.
