aquarium cycle

i have a 20 gal aquarium but its not cycled and i am having 2 goldfish in it. wil the aquarium be cycled it self or should i do a water change every day get it cycled.

i have air pump in it running all day.

The filter will cycle itself, but you should not have any fish in the tank until it is completely cycled. This can take 6 weeks to do. Also, 20 gallons in not big enough for 2 goldfish. The absolute minimum for 1 goldfish is 20 gallons and 10 gallons more per goldfish added. That means, the smallest tank 2 goldfish can be in is 30 gallons. With goldfish, you want to make sure the filter is for a larger tank.
