leech?

What happened to my tank! Water got v. cloudy and a thin layer of transparent gelatinous stuff appeared on every inch of the submerged glass. Cleaning out fish found a small white leech looking being, half cm when shortened and would stretch out to about 2 cm when moving. Didn't take to it! should i treat the tank/fish? Thanks, have just cleaned out as usual.  2 new plants did go in a week ago, ditched one of them now - a fine grass like one, kept small leafy one.

Hi there, I had a similar questions someone asked me not too long ago. It sounds like you have planaria in your tank.
