Dropsey in Mollies

I read your response on dropsey but you didn't give any treatment.  What can I do besides use Maracyn 2?

Hi Debra,
 Dropsy isn't a disease as such so much as a set of symptoms. The absolute best thing you can do is to make sure that your fish have clean good water.  You get that by doing frequent water changes (20% a week, every week).  Clean water really is the best thing for keeping fish healthy and allowing them to recover.
