sick bird

my parrakeet is aving balance issues. he is unable to stay on his perch, also he is ruffling his feathers as if he is cold. he is not in a draft, and as best i can tell no diaherrah

Your budgie might not be sick, he may just have problems with his feet. In either case, you need to take your budgie to an avian vet immediately! I can't diagnose over the internet, so the only thing you can do is take your bird to the vet.
