Hi, Usman.  Thanks for posting your question.  However, I'm not sure I understand your question.  

If you are asking if taking a pigeon's egg is harmful on the pigeon's health, the answer is no.

If you are asking if it is okay for a human to eat a pigeon's egg, the answer is yes, as long as the pigeon is healthy.  This is no different than eating a chicken's egg.  But, the egg should be taken from the pigeon as soon as possible after being laid and cleaned/refrigerated until eaten.  Many oriental cultures raise pigeons just for this purpose...pigeon eggs are a delicasy.
