Murky bird

Hi, i have a problem with my brothers bird my mom took him to the vet a min ago. She is wet and the flore is a pool of water that came from him its like hes a skeleton but we with some fethers.

I'm not sure I understand the situation exactly, but if you have any healthy concerns about your bird... you should take her to a vet right away.  Did the bird get wet before or after your mom took her to the vet?

Is it possible that she took a bath in her water dish and that caused the pool of water on the floor (and what caused her to get all wet and look funny?)  Many birds will resort to taking a bath in their water dish if they don't get bathed regularly enoughy.

If there is something else possible going on or if you have any health concerns about your bird though, you should have your mom take her to a vet (if she hasn't already).
