Conure parrot

I just got a Peach fronted Conure, I have had Conure's before but I was wondering what it means when they fluff there feathers when you talk to them?

Fluffing of feathers can mean several things. I can be a symptom of illness, a sign of stress, a sign of being cold, or a sign of comfort.

Most importantly - have you taken your bird in for an avian vet check yet?
