pet bird need

My friend wants a pet bird that can handle 60 degrees. I've looked on the Internet several different times, and i still can't find anything. please tell me if there is a bird (that is not a penguin) that she might have.

There are several temperature scales, I must say that Celsius, Fahrenheit and Kelvin are the most popular ones.

I think you mean 60 degree Fahrenheit. That is 16 degree Celsius. In other scales it is impossible for a bird to survive. Even for a penguin.

It is very normal temperature. Look for the birds that live normally in Europe, north Asia, north America.

The 32 degree Fahrenheit border is tricky as because some birds can not survive the freezing point of water.
