Our first chick hatched today.  Is it OK to leave the father and mother together with the baby?

As the chicks mature do we have to find new homes for them so as to stop interbreeding between mother and son etc?

Yes, you absolutely want to leave the parents together.  If you pull one, the chicks could be abandoned due to the stress of the change.

It would be advisable to separate the offspring by sex after they are weaned, which could take a couple of months or so.
