Herb called burbur

My birds were diagonised with severe liver bacterial liver infection. The problem is, is that they cannot find out what kind of bacteria it is.We have had them on antibiotics for along time and it is not helping them. The Avian vet we see doesn't know what to do for them except keep them on doxycycline and some on Baytril.We are on our own. I would like to detox them but they will not drink enough of the aloe vera detox formula, meaning our 11 cockatiels. I have a Mitred Conure, a Pionus parrot and 11 finches.This is the only way I can figure out how to help them before we lose them due to this illness. Any help you can give me will be so very much appreciated. Thank you for your time concerning this matter. Sincerely, Jackie. P.S.I found a liquid detox extract called Burbur, is this safe for my birds? We have had 2 of our cockatiels pass away from this disease already and afraid will lose our flock.

I'm so sorry for what you are going through with your birdies right now. Unfortunately, I am not a vet and do not have any medical recommendations to give (I am just not experienced enough in this area to feel comfortable giving advice).
