My cockateils eggs!!!

QUESTION: Hello  i have two cockatiels male and female they had 3 eggs first time then we know we not suposed to look in the nest while the hen is in but we looked and the next mornig the baby chicks where dead. now 3 weeks they had more eggs and never looked in the nest! now the mother and father birds are out the whole day they leave the nest and only sit in for a little while So we looked in and saw two chicks and two eggs We are afraid that it will kill the chicks again becuase the female only sleeps at night in the nest. Any advise or comments please help?
If i take the chicks out will they survive? They looked very small about 3 or 4 cm.

QUESTION: Hello i am not At all sure how old they are But they are surposed to hatch on the 27 of july! So thats about 8 days!

Their colour was sort of dark pink with little yellow fur!

The chicks are probably too young for you to take out of the nest; I don't think you are prepared to handfeed at this point, are you?  You should learn to handfeed from an experienced breeder, so that in the future, you can pull chicks in an emergency.
