Hello Nana and thank you for your post.
Mom & Dad will feed the babies by regurgitiating their own food and feeding the babies.  You do not necessarily have to hand feed the babies, just make sure that you handle the babies, and they will be fine.
One of the other experts on this site has a website that is very informational.  I am sending you the link for it.  I know that it'll help.  I've read through it myself and found it to be very informative, and I do refrence it quit a bit.

Hello Nana.
I'm afraid that you are going to have to separate the baby and feed it by hand.  If Dad is picking on the baby, there is something wrong with the baby and left with the parents, the baby will probably not make it.  You can get a hand feeding formula from your local pet shop.  The directions are on the package, make sure to follow them closely.
You also might want to consider separating your male and female for awhile to stop them from breeding again so soon.

Please feel free to come back if you have any other questions.

God Bless.

Hello Nana.
I am sorry that I didn't get back to you sooner, but my computer crashed and I had to fix it.
You can get hand feeding formula from Pet-Smart or PetCo.  If you go to the site that I sent you the link for and follow the direstions, you'll be fine.  The instructions are more detailed on the site than I can explain them.
I have faith in you and I know that you can do it.

Please keep me updated.

God Bless.

Answer
Hello Nana.
It sounds like you are on the right track.  Make sure to give the bird water after it's feeding to help wash any food down.  This can be done with the same dropper/syringe that you use for it's food and it's done pretty much the same way that you feed him/her.

Keep me posted on how the baby is doing.

God Bless.
