egg bound cockateil

My female seems to be egg bound, protrustion and poop builds up on her behind. I've tried warm seiz-baths and wheat germ oil both on vent and one drip in her mouth...Can't get her to pass the egg. HELP!!

Have you got an avian vet in your area to bring her to?  She doesn't sound egg bound to me, as egg bound birds generally can't poop.  She may have an infection or some other issue near her vent, which won't be cured by warm baths or wheat germ oil.  I recommend finding a vet which specializes in birds soon.
