Cockatiels VS Parrolets

Hello again thanks for your help with my lovebird question. I am planning to buy a male/female pair of parrotlets or more over the next few months but I also have intrest in cockatiels for beeding perposes as wella s for pets so my question is Are cockatiels are smart as parrotlets? I know my lovebirds are intelligent compaired to budgies I've had in the past so I was wondering. Also I haev no clue if you know this or not but are Parrotlets as loud as lovebirds or quiter?

I have had several breeder friends of mine describe the parrotlets like this. "They are lovebirds with an attitude"
They are intelligent, energetic birds. And yes they are just as loud as lovebirds. In my opinion I would say that parrotlets and cockatiels are equally intelligent. With the cockatiel being the quite of the two.
