Would a group of hand-fed tiles stay tame if handled every day?

Yes, of course hand fed 'tiels would have a tendancy to remain tame if handled everyday. That's the whole key to keeping a 'tiel tame. Whether parent raised or hand raised. 'Tiels are really creatures of habit, and are not that forgiving (though they will) when feeling like they are being ignored. (due to no handling for days, etc.) It is important to work with them every day, if possible, to keep them as tolerant of handling as possible.
