whit doves

QUESTION: i have two birds a male and female white doves they are tamed but how do i get beyond that point and make them eat out my hand?

ANSWER: Hello Akeem and thean you for your post.
Try cutting back on the food that you are giving to your doves a bit for a few days.  then start trying to coax them to eat out of your hand after that.
I am not an expert with doves, but I have seen this method work on other birds.

Hello again Akeem.
The method that I listed before is a taiming method that I use on my birds and any of the birds that I get into my home.  There are three main keys to taming/training birds.  They are: Time, Patience, and Consistency.  Sometimes it does take quite a bit of time, but eventually they will tame.
As for the male cooing, I really don't know when or if he will.  As I've stated, although I know a little bit, I am really not an expert with doves.
