I went to this place and could not believe the horrible living conditions of hundreds of birds-crowded in cages in rooms with no windows-I could not breathe-the poop looked like mountains at least 2 ft. high-cages were beyound nasty-she is a breeder!!!!!!!!! Who can hep shut this place down?????????

Hello Sally and thank you for your post.
I am not sure what state you are in, but you can start with your local Police Department...if the place is within city limits, try the city that the place is in, if it's county jurisdiction, start there.  You can also call your local Humane Society/Animal Welfare Agency or Department of Agriculture.  
There are laws against cruelty like this, and any or all of the agencies should be able to help.
