dove type

Question
I have two doves. One is a ring-necked dove and the other is white. What breed is a white dove?
And if the ring-necked is male will he mate with the white one?

Although my expertise is more with the parrots, I was curious about the breed of your white dove so I looked it up.  Are there any markings on your dove?  It may be a "Ringed Turtle Dove".
It is doubtful if the Ring Necked dove would breed with the other, as their breeding times may be different.  I will continue to see if I can find anything further, and I will write back to you if I find anything.
In the mean time, you might want to ask one of the experts that has more knowledge about doves and pigeons than I have.
