QuestionHe bites his foot till it bleeds & taps it all the time on
his perch. He cant get a proper sleep as it is driving him
nuts. Can you please help as vets mixture is not doing much
to help. He has had this every time he has a heavy moult

Parrots who bite their feet often do this in response to an illness. He needs to be taken to an avian vet (one who specializes in birds) for a fecal and blood test. He may also be getting a secondary infection in his foot due to the bleeding and exposure to normal cage germs.
