QuestionI am looking to buy my first mini and i am wondering what size trailer to use, or what is another common way for one to transport a mini? It seams to me that a trailer for a regular size horse would be to big.

Thanks for your question. I know it seems like overkill but since I have "both" size horses, I use my big horse trailer. If you intend to drive or show, it's kind of nice to have the extra room and you can always get a small big horse trailer. They do make miniature horse trailers but what I don't like about them is they are too short to get in for a person to lead or clean. They also cost about the same and might be harder to resale. I have also seen minis transported in mini vans. Hope this helps- enjoy! Best, Toni
