Questionhello. i believe that flat feet horses feel uncomfortable when their hoof touches the ground since they land directly on their sole. am i right?

Yes... To a point. Most flat footed horses" have a thicker hoof wall & big wide frogs
to help expell the concussion !!
Also, unless they're Thorobreds, most have a pretty good sole caluse.
Problem with many is the solar depth ( distance from coffin bone to sole) is shallow
and not alot of protection.
