which one touches the ground

hello. when the feet of the horse lands on the ground, first the heel touches the ground or the frog touches the ground?

The heel and generally "slightly" on the lateral side (outside) as well at impact
When the hoof loads .  The majority of frogs Don't touch unless in soil, sand or
such.  It works more for circulation, allowing the blood to travel back & forth to &
from the heart.
