Which ever shoe you choose IT MUST BE concave/seated out on the sole side !!

Whether it is the stock you choose-aluminum/steel or such, there can be NO sole pressure.
It can be hammered or taken out with a grinder, but no excess pressure that can cause bruising
or discomfort.
