hello sir, are flat feet racehorses great turf runners? if yes, may i know how?

Not necessarily... the horses hooves can "make or break" a situation, but "rarely" make them
good/great runners !!

Breeding/genetics and especially "good conformation" is the essential key to a great runner.

Then...proper training and conditioning will continue their ability.
