padding for flat footed horses

padding   hello sir. would you suggest me to put a leather or a rubber pad for my flat footed horse since they are ouchy on stones?

Hello Rohit..
I would personally use Iodine or a iodine base
solution painted on the sole to harden or toughen
It !!
Pads are a "temporary" fix.  Like a bandaid, they get you
to the next step !!  Constant use of pads can weaken
the sole, make it soft & can cause the hoof walls
to crumble.
