Hi sir. May I know how can I get to know that my shod horse needs a new shoe?

Hello Roberts,

Your horse should be shod abut every four to six weeks depending on use and amount of hoof growth. You can reuse the shoes if they are still suited to do the job they were designed for. For example, it you are using shoes to provide traction and the shoes no longer do this, then it is time for a new shoe. This theory can be applied to any type of shoe.
