toe bent.   hello sir. this shoe seems to be different as they are bent at the toe. may i know what type of shoe it is and also want to know its purpose? when to use it on horses?

HELLO ROHIT...

IT appears to be a Rolled toe shoe.It's purpose is to help or increase breakover of
the hoof.  Also aids in helping the hoof " get out of the way" so as not to allow the hind
hoof to hit/overeach.
