Is it ok that my tortoise is not eating her turtle bone it says on the box that it is for tortoises and turtles and that she should be eating it constantly. But she hasn't even took one bite of it yet. Is it ok that she isn't

"Turtle bone"? Neither turtles nor tortoises eat bone, or gnaw on things to get calcium, etc.
