  Sir I want to know about this turtle. I found him on road side near a pond in north india.

This appears to be an Assam Roofed Turtle, which is CITES II listed and IUCN listed as endangered. What I will tell you is that you have stolen a wild creature from it's home and your keeping it in a bucket is repulsive. You should release it immediately, as you are also in violation of the law it would appear.
