introducing gliders

i ordered a glider from a pet store they said it well be a baby but they didnt know for sure what gender. they order them from another company and that company sends what they have. but my friend had a 1yr old female. and she wants to sale it i told her i would buy her. but i got to thinkink after i said that... well this 1 yr old female hurt the baby i get?

This question is difficult to answer.  Each glider has his or her own personality and prior life experiences.  If you do decide to get them both, be careful with the introductions.  Do not leave them alone together until you are sure they are getting along.  Please go to my website for information on glider introductions.  nc.sugar.gliders.googlepages.com
