corn nott eaten anything

hi my corn snake has not eaten anything since i got him a week before Christmas, the people at the pet shop keep telling me not to worry he will eat soon. are they right. thanks Alison

I would normally expect a snake to have settled in and started eating normally after this amount of time, so I dont think they are right. Corns are usually really good feeders, I have never had one refuse a feed. It sounds like there may be some sort of problem with the set up thats causing it not to eat. Can you explain to me what way hes housed and how exactly you are trying to feed him like how you defrost the mouse etc. Then I will help you try to get him to eat
