I suggest that you go to www.applegatereptiles.com and look at his book. Even though it's about milksnakes in general, their care is pretty much identical to that of ratsnakes. You can read the first edition of his book on the website, or buy the 2nd edition from him. There you can learn all about housing, feeding, breeding, etc.
