find something weird in my tank with snake

i have 5 year old ball python i have had her for about 4 months and i have fed her one time in august i have tried to feed her lots of times but she wont eat since august the pet store we got her from said they had a hard time feeding her as well...not she has went to the bathroom since we fed her now there is a weird white colored drops in the tank almost like small cracker like from crumbly 3 of the small like dime shape we don't know what it is she has not eating so it's bugging me ...we just got her a new tank about two weeks ago ...please let me know if you can tell how to get her to eat and what is that stuff i can take a pic and send it to you if oyu would like thank have a nice day

The white stuff is pee. This is a good sign that she is drinking.

I would almost bet she is in breeding mode right now. This is the time of year ball pythons breed. Just continue to try and feed her once a week.
