my 2 yr old corn snake wont eat

Ive had my corn snake for about 2 yrs and its almost 3 ft long. She has never refused a mouse before. Its a couple days after her usual feeding and she still has a little bit of old skin on her from last weeks shedding. She acting really skiddish for some reason. shes never done anything like this before so its really weird. Please help

Bad shed means at the very least your cage has a humidity problem-at worst your snake is sick.  Not feeding is a symptom of something not the problem itself.  Start by checking your humidity and making sure the snake has a water dish big enough to get into, if that doesn't help it's vet time.
