Burmese Python trouble

hi, thank u for your time. My python just shed. but she hasn't shed the rest of her skin, the top half is still attached, and it seems to be still pretty tight. i don't know what i should do. i make sure she isn't dryed out.

And with shedding, she had a scar on her back, and now its completely pink again, what should be done? And it looks like she's peeled off some of her skin to early, because its raw as well, jsut little place though.  Along with  her scars, she had a little bump about 5 inches away from her head, close to her spine, almost on it, and itjust got bigger, is that normal?

but prior to this and now, she always wants out of her cage, she's actulley skinned the top of her nose off! i don't know what to do.  She has a place to stay in her cage, but she persists in getting out, and my room isn't really isn't that warm. i'm afraid she's sick or something.

I don't understand why she's so stressed out, we're all really good to her, she's feed properly and played and handled with all the time.

Your last comment about her being played and handled with all the time is I think why shes so stressed out. Pythons are very prone to stress from handling. If she was mine I would reduce or stop the handling sessions for a few weeks. What are you feeding her? She sounds underfed. The shed skin needs to come off so let her wonder through a damp towel after soaking her in water for about an hour, make sure its not too deep! As for the lump on the spine, these should always be taken seriously, the best it could be is broken ribs, which will heal but if its something else then its possible that its more serious. I think it would be best to see a reptile vet as she has a number of problems that need sorted out, she sounds very unhappy. What size is her vivarium? If she continues to rub her nose against things she could end up with an infection that could spread to the rest of her body and that wouldn't be good. She could also injure her mouth and end up with mouth rot. Where did she get the scar from. If you reply to me, I will try to help you further. Good luck
