im just curious has to when i can introduce a male into a viv with a female?
also is it possible to keep them together permanently

Ok..you an easily put them in together any time. Unlike kingsnakes, they are not going to try and eat one another. Your snakes can live permanently together as long as you have a big enough cage. When you do introduce them to each other be sure you are there to observe them for the first hour or so.
I don't know if you plan on breeding them, but it is too late in the season for them to mate.  That will come in spring. Good luck
