leopard gecko hibernation

My gecko Rex has his eyes closed and is not moving at all. It's November and when I touched him he wouldn't wake. Is he hibernating or is he dead.

I hope that he has not passed!  Have you gotten any response out of him at all yet today?
Are his eyes sunken in?
How old is Rex?  
They can brumate but, he should be able to be roused somewhat easily.  Keep trying.  Maybe see if you can place him in some warm water that is shallow, to see if he will awaken.
