When I was cleaning the tank...

When I was cleaning the tank in the tub I got the under tank heater wet I dryed it off and it isnt wet or damp my question is is it still safe to use?

I cannot really say because it might depend on the brand. Try to contact the manufacturer to be sure. My personal feeling is that it would be safe to use but if it happened to me I'd ask someone who knows a lot about electrical equipment.
