my lizard cant move her back legs at all

my lizard always jumps of places, sometimes it looks like it mighht hurt. so i try to stop her as much as possible. today about 20 minutes ago she jumped off my computer table as usual or abot the 3rd time today an now she can not move her back legs at all. i haved given her a warm bath and put her on her heat rock in her cage. but she wants to get out of her cage so i a nursing her. please help i am  very upset. my lizard doesnt look in pain but i dont know how to tell. please help. my lizard is a bearded dragon. and will she be able to poo?

Hi Cameron, I wish there were some way for me to know how severely your dragon has been injured  but of course there isn't.  The fall may have caused inflammation to her spinal cord resulting only in temporary paralysis rather then a more permanent injury but only a veterinary exam can assess that.
Your vet will likely ask you about her diet, calcium supplementation and lighting as well. If she has not been getting sufficient calcium in her diet (or had the proper lighting to help her absorb it) then that can weaken her bones make her more vulnerable to this type of injury.
