Question
well my gecko lizard isnt eating alot lately.I dont know if shes pregnat or not feeling to good.What should i do,
bring her to the vet or leave her.
im really really worried.

Hi Megan, If she is housed with a male and there is a chance that your female is gravid (pregnant) then that could affect her appetite. Gravid females typically go off their food for about a week prior to egg laying. Make sure she has a container with a damp substrate like moss for egg-laying.
If the lack of appetite has been going on longer then that and there is obvious weight loss then it is less likely to be related to egg-laying. Unfortunately, a drop in appetite can be a symptom of any number of problems and is not specific to any one condition. If there has been no other changes in her environment like a change of cage or a drop in temperature (has the air conditioning come on and affected the temperature in her enclosure for example) then a vet visit is your safest option. He/she will likely want to examine your gecko's droppings for intestinal parasites ( a common cause of appetite and weight loss) so if you can collect a recent one and refrigerate it until your visit that may speed up a diagnosis.
