something is wrong with my water dragon

i cam home today and i looked in my water dragons cage he was playen but then he couldnt move his back legs they where stuck on his tail. i took him to the vet and they said that he maybe not getting enough calcium. so they gave him the shot and gave me some meds to give to him. but now he is haven ceizures. what do i do??????

Yes, if his back legs were seized up like that & he was having seizures then he is most likely suffering from metabolic bone disease.  He is in late stages then.
What type & brand of UVB light do you use, is it a compact/coil light or a fluorescent tube bulb?
How old is your water dragon?
Do you supplement with calcium?  If so, how often?
What shot did they give him, a calcium booster?  Did they give you any liquid calcium to give to him right now?  If not, you will need to get some to get his levels back up as soon as possible.
