scraping bunnies

hi i have asked you many questions before but none of such great importance, my two female polish dwarf bunnies who have been friends for weeks (never any violance) got into a HUGE fight today that resulted in them being put into confinment away from eachother it was awfull im not shure what started the fight because they have run of the house but all i saw was a serious fight with fur flying and two verry pissed off bunnies (the fur had small peices of skin) what would cause them to turn on eachother so quickly?will they get over it and be friends again?

  The only reason they are fighting are because they are both females..all female rabbitswill fight and u can not stop them unless u split them up and put them in differnt cages and different runs..they willget along but only for a while.They may even get in a fight which will be worser.and could end up killing one. This is a hard thing to stop. They will also be fighting because of them coming into season.
