For the first two weeks, baby rabbits consume milk from their mother. After their eyes open about day ten, they start to look around and by day 14 they nibble on feed that is usually provided by their owner. For the next week or so they both nurse their Mother and start to wean on to dry food. If the rabbits are wild, they start nibbling on grass, but that is not so good for domestic rabbits. After about four weeks, they quit nursing and eat solid food and drink lots of water.
