I think my rabbit hates me

Question
Hi,
Is it possible for a rabbit to hate a person? My rabbit Taby seems to hate me for some reason. A couple of weeks ago, Taby had wiggled out of my mothers hand when she was getting her ready to put her in her hutch with her sister Essy and she luckily landed on the upside down litter tub. I was kneeling next to the hutch at the time and was the one who picked up Taby after she feel.

A week after the incident she seemed fine but then i discovered that her other room-mate who was there when i got her was really a boy and not a girl and had to take him out of the hutch. About awhile after that she started to cry and wine when i tried to touch her or pick her up. I tried getting her to jump into a smaller bunny cage i used to use for them but she wouldn't get near it ( even with bribes)to go to the bunny play pen. So then i've gotten petting her untill she was relaxed and then picking her up ( often that was after i chased her around the hutch or play pen) but she still cried and wined whenever i got near her. Now about a month ago, she's been bitting me and at the beginning of last week, she's been trying to maw me ( she's gotten me acouple of good times too).

I don't know what to do with her. I don't want to give her away but i can't have stand to have her try to bite me and cry at the sight of me.

Can you help me with this? I've tried giving her own nest basket and everything but nothings working. I've even given her a bunny yogurt bite every time i pick her up. It doesn't seem like she's sick ( except she does sneeze alot but that started after all of this)because she hops around and i've seen her eat when she thinks i'm not around ( i see her drink every once in a full moon).

Please help!

Answer
It sounds like she is going through hormonal aggression. This is common in unspayed female rabbits. You also mentioned that your other rabbit was a male. It is very possible that she is pregnant. Pregnant females will often act very aggressive. It only takes around a month from the time of breeding for a litter to be born. So plan on babies...and soon. If she is not pregnant (wait 35 days after she was last with the male to be sure), it would be best to get her spayed. This will help with the aggression, and it will also help with her health because it will eliminate all chance of uterine or overian cancers (which are common and very deadly in rabbits).
