rabbit paws

our lovely rabbit has a sore patch on the bottom of his paw.we have been prescribed antibiotics but are finding it hard to syringe them into his mouth. Any tips?

Hi Pippa,
the only recomendation is to have him on your lap,and after about 10 mins of constant stroking,he'll be in a relaxed state giving you a better chance to get the antibiotic in..make sure you put the end of the sringe right down the side in his his mouth.  Good luck,I know how awkward this can be...all the best,Elizabeth
