aggressive behavior

Question
I have a rabbit who is almost 2 years old, he has been neutered for more than a year but still show signs of aggression ever since he first got neutered. if he gets angry, he would try to growl or scratch me. He doesnt like when i try to pick him up and put him on his litter box because sometimes he doesnt feel like using it and just poop on the carpet near the litter box. I dont know how to get rid of his aggressive behavior, i tried to introduce another rabbit thinking he may be lonely but that did not work, he is very anti social. He doesnt mind people at all and love to be petted. He lets others hold him but i just dont understand why he has all these negative behavior, he would stomp his feet too. He has a very healthy diet and is well taking care of. He is an american chinchilla and appear to be very healthy and active. He gets plenty of excercise and rarely stays in his cage. I would let him out to the backyard in the morning and take him back to my room during the aftertoon. He is a good size bunny around 8-9 pounds and is extremely clever and always want things his way. Could it be that he is just spoiled?

Answer
Dear Cindy,

You have an alpha bunny who likes things his own way, and sometimes that means he'll be aggressive to show everyone who's boss.  But there are ways you can stop this objectionable behavior.  I hope this article will help:
