rabbit has crossed over teeth

Hi, is it normal for my rabbit (cashmere mini lop) to have his two bottom teeth (front) crossed over? He is otherwise very healthy. Thankyou

Dear Julie,

It's not normal for the teeth to be crossed over, but as long as they meet the upper incisors and are being worn down so they don't overgrow, it might be okay.  I would have the teeth checked every few months by a rabbit-savvy vet to be sure they stay nice and short, and don't cause the bunny any trouble.  You can find a rabbit vet here:
