my bunny cant open his jaw

Question
The last time I took my bunny to the vet's to get his teeth filed, she could't get his jaw opened, even under anesthesia. She had to work with just a small opening. Today it was totally impossible, as it had gotten worse. Is it possible that he has lockjaw, and if so, how would he have gotten it?

I am not sure how to answer this question as I have never had heard of or dealt with this issue before.  I suggest talking to your vet about this condition as it sounds serious and can and will cause problems with your rabbit not being able to eat or drink.
