Rex buck behaviour

Question
Hello, we have a ermine standard rex who is now about 15wks old. He has slowly over the past 3wks been biting but nothing too aggressive until today when he deliberately attacked my ankle, whilst I was cleaning up his poops- he started to run quickly around my feet in circles like a preying shark. I thought he was playing a game and right before my eyes he launched himself onto my leg and tore a hole in my trackpants! I had not even been holding him he just came for a visit into the house as usual and was running around. He also pee's on the couch but I know that would be him leaving 'his mark' as he in not neutered. I want to breed with him so I don't want him done. He is show quality and is from well behaved parents but was the only one born in the litter and he is big for his age. Would it be that he is reaching maturity and is exhibiting normal behaviour? Thanking you for you response

Answer
hi susan -he's just coming up to being sexual mature and is trying to tell you he is in charge -at 5 months old he will be classed as an adult . you need to spend time with him grooming and making him do as you want -if he goes on the judging table and starts messing about the judges will disqualify him
they need to be able to sit still on the table despite having other rabbits near them
